Women’s Self Defence Seminar 3.0 led by the limitless source of knowledge, Randy Turner of Direct Action Combat.

With an emphasis on abduction prevention and escape, we also reviewed previous lessons taught in seminars 1 and 2. Photos in this series show our participants paired up and practicing breaking grabs/grips and escaping danger.
